Our Services
A CUSTOM HOLIDAY DISPLAY. WITHOUT THE HOLIDAY CHORE.
Every project begins with the client’s vision. Neptune ProWash provides the design expertise and guiding hand, but the client remains the final decision-maker on what goes on the home.
Using specialized design software, Neptune ProWash
creates visual representations of the proposed display so the client can see what the finished project is intended to look like before committing to installation.
Your Vision Comes First
- Overall vision
- Style/color preferences
- Property features to highlight
- Inspiration
- Desired level of impact
- Budget
- Leasing process
- Installation timing
- Maintenance/takedown/future-season expectations
See the Design Before You Commit
Straightforward projects may be handled through remote visual options. Extensive displays may include an in-person design consultation. Several design iterations over multiple days may be normal.
Design Is a Process, Not a Sales Pitch
As the concept evolves, experiment with rooflines, peaks/gables, ground lighting, trees/shrubbery, wreaths/greenery, columns/railings, entry features, and other accents until the client is comfortable with the design and budget.
House washing is highly effective for many types of exterior buildup, but not every stain or discoloration is caused by surface contamination. Oxidation, paint deterioration, rust, mineral deposits, permanent staining, material age, and other conditions may require a different treatment or may not be fully correctable through standard house washing.
Leasing Model
Neptune ProWash owns the lighting and décor. Client does not purchase inventory, store boxes, repair failed components, install/remove the display, troubleshoot during the season, or handle January takedown.
Approval to Installation
Once the final design and proposal are approved, a 50% initial deposit secures the project. Prime residential installation season is typically approximately November 1 through November 20. After approval/deposit, active client involvement is largely complete.
In-Season Service
Client responsibility is to monitor the display and notify Neptune ProWash immediately if something is not working, has fallen, become loose, shifted, or another adverse condition develops. Neptune ProWash handles covered service needs; clients should not attempt roof/ladder/electrical repairs.
Takedown & Storage
Neptune ProWash removes the leased display after the season and stores the materials off-site.
