Neptune ProWash is a family-owned exterior cleaning and holiday lighting company based in Luling, Louisiana.

We started with a simple goal: build the kind of home-service company we would want to hire ourselves - professional, dependable, easy to communicate with, and genuinely pleasant to work with.

Since 2018, that idea has shaped how we approach every project. Whether we are washing a house, maintaining a commercial property, or installing a custom holiday lighting display, we believe excellent results should come with an equally exceptional service experience.

Our Story

Neptune ProWash was founded in 2018 by William Jackson with a focus on professional exterior cleaning for homeowners and businesses throughout the Greater New Orleans area.

As Neptune ProWash grew, so did the vision for what the company could become. The goal was never simply to wash more properties. It was to create a service company known for professionalism, communication, thoughtful execution, and long-term client relationships.

In 2022, Neptune ProWash expanded into full-service holiday lighting, bringing the same service philosophy to seasonal decorating. What began as an additional offering quickly developed into a major part of the business, serving clients across Southeast Louisiana with custom design, professional installation, maintenance, takedown, and storage.

Today, Neptune ProWash serves residential and small commercial clients throughout the River Parishes, Greater New Orleans, Baton Rouge, the Northshore, Houma, and surrounding communities.

Through every stage of that growth, the standard has remained the same: make the experience easy, do the work professionally, and take care of the people who trust Neptune ProWash with their property.

Meet the Jacksons - The Family Behind Neptune ProWash

William and Katy Jackson met in 2016 while earning their bachelor’s degrees through LSU’s College of the Coast & Environment.

After settling in Luling, William focused on building Neptune ProWash while Katy developed her career in environmental science, sustainability, engineering, and technology.

Their professional backgrounds may look different, but they share many of the same values: thoughtful problem-solving, attention to detail, professionalism, and doing things the right way.

Today, Neptune ProWash remains very much a family business. William and Katy are raising their sons, Wesley and Carter, in the same South Louisiana community Neptune ProWash calls home.

That connection to family and community influences how Neptune ProWash operates. Our customers are not anonymous account numbers. They are homeowners, families, business owners, neighbors, and people we may see again at the grocery store, a local event, or on the next project down the street.

We take that responsibility seriously.
