A Custom Holiday Display You Lease, Enjoy, and Never Have to Store

You probably know the exact spot on the roofline where last year's lights sagged, and the strand in the garage that still won't light past the halfway point. Neptune ProWash takes that whole routine off your list. We provide full service holiday lighting across Metairie, Louisiana, St. Charles Parish, and the Greater New Orleans area, and the model is simple. We own the lights, décor, and hardware, and you lease the complete seasonal display along with every service it takes to run it. Design, installation, in season maintenance, takedown, and off site storage all come built in.

Each project starts with a conversation and a visual mockup of your actual property, not a catalog page. You see what the display will look like from the street, which features it includes, and what each one costs per year before you approve anything or pay a deposit. After 8 years serving homes and businesses around the River Parishes, we'd rather show you the numbers upfront than surprise you later. Book early through our contact page or quote form, since August and September fill quickly.

How Full Service Holiday Lighting Works

Design Consultation and Visual Mockup

It starts with a talk about your house and what you picture in December. We note rooflines, trees, and outlets, then build a software mockup of your property. You request changes, and we refine the design until it looks right.

Itemized Pricing and Final Approval

Every design comes with an annual price for each feature, such as roof eave lighting or three 36 inch wreaths with bows. Adjust the design and pricing updates with it. Once both look right, you approve and place a 50% deposit.

Professional Installation

Our crew arrives with commercial grade strands cut to fit your rooflines and clips made for shingles, gutters, and trim. No nails. No staples. Most homes are finished within a single working day, while larger commercial displays sometimes need a second.

Monitoring and In Season Maintenance

You're the one who sees the display every night, so you let us know when a section goes dark or a wreath shifts after a windy evening. We come back out and fix it. Covered maintenance is part of every feature's annual price.

Takedown and Off Site Storage

After the holidays, the crew removes everything, checks it, and packs it into organized off site storage. Your garage shelf stays empty, and nothing spends the summer baking in a Louisiana attic where heat cracks sockets and stiffens cords.

Returning Next Season

Your design stays on file, so next year starts from a finished plan instead of a blank page. Keep the display exactly as it was, add a feature, or drop one. The itemized pricing adjusts, and we lock in your install window.

Know What Every Feature Costs Before You Approve Anything

Most holiday lighting quotes show up as one number with no explanation behind it. Ours don't. Each feature in your design carries its own annual price, and those items add up to one clear total. That price covers the full leasing experience tied to the feature, including the leased materials, professional installation, covered maintenance, takedown, and off site storage. Think of it like renting tables and chairs for a professionally run event. You know how many you're getting, and the setup, service, and cleanup are already part of the quote. If a feature doesn't earn its spot in your budget, you'll see that right away and can cut it.

Why Leasing Your Holiday Display Makes the Season Easier

You See It Before It Goes Up

A mockup of your own house answers the questions a sales pitch can't. You'll know how the peaks read from the street and whether the ground lighting feels right, long before a single clip touches your gutters or a stake goes into the lawn.

Every Dollar Has a Name Attached

Itemized pricing means no mystery total and no padding hidden inside a package. You can compare the cost of lighting the oak out front against adding wreaths to the columns, then decide what matters most to your household this year.

No Ladders and No Tangled Boxes

Decorating a roofline is the riskiest chore most homeowners take on all year. Handing it to a trained crew with the right equipment keeps you off the ladder, out of the extension cord mess, and away from that one strand that never works.

Repairs Are Already Covered

Bulbs fail and Gulf wind knocks sections loose. That's normal. When something goes out between Thanksgiving and New Year's, a quick call brings the crew back to repair or replace it, and the cost is already inside your annual price.

The Garage Stays Yours

Off site storage clears out the bins, the reels, and the tangled boxes that eat shelf space for eleven months. You also skip the yearly surprise of opening a tote to find what a hot, humid summer did to last season's decorations.

Commercial Grade Without the Purchase

Leasing gives you fitted, consistent commercial grade lighting without buying and maintaining an inventory yourself. The colors match run to run, the strands fit your rooflines exactly, and aging equipment becomes our problem to replace rather than yours.

A Holiday Display With No Surprises Attached

The best part of a lit house in December is standing in the driveway and looking at it, not the Saturday spent building it or the January spent packing it away. Neptune ProWash handles every piece of that season for homes and businesses across Metairie, Louisiana, St. Charles Parish, and the Greater New Orleans area, from the first design conversation to the storage shelf. You see the mockup, you see the itemized price, and you decide what goes up. Send your address and a few photos of the property through our contact page or quote form, and we'll start building a design around it.

  • How does holiday lighting leasing work in Metairie, Louisiana?

Neptune ProWash owns all the lights, décor, and hardware. You lease the complete seasonal display, and the annual price includes the design, installation, in season maintenance, takedown, and off site storage that come with it.

  • What's included in the annual price for each feature?

Everything tied to that feature. Leased materials, professional installation, covered maintenance during the season, removal after the holidays, and storage until next year are all built into the number next to it on your itemized quote.

  • Will I see my display before I pay anything?

Yes. You get a visual mockup of your property and itemized pricing before you approve the project or place a deposit. Nothing gets scheduled until you've seen both the look and the cost.

  • How much is the deposit, and when is it due?

The deposit is 50% of the annual total, due at final approval. It reserves your materials and install date, so the display you signed off on is the one that shows up on your roof.

  • Can I change the design after seeing the pricing?

Absolutely. That's the point of pricing each feature separately. Swap roof lighting colors, add ground lights along the driveway, or remove a wreath, and both the mockup and the total update so you can see the effect of each change.

  • What happens if a light goes out during the season?

Let us know and we'll come back out to fix it. In season maintenance is included, so failed strands, loose sections, and shifted decorations get repaired or replaced promptly at properties across Metairie, Louisiana and the surrounding parishes.

  • Where do the lights go after the holidays?

Into organized off site storage. The crew takes everything down, checks it, and packs it away until next season, so nothing ends up in your garage, attic, or spare closet.

  • When should I book holiday lighting for this year?

August and September are the busiest booking months, and October and November are set aside for installations. If you're reaching out now, sooner is better. Install windows go on a first come basis and the popular dates close out early.
