Neptune ProWash started as a premier pressure washing company. Now, we’ve expanded our services to include full-service holiday lighting, bringing the same level of dedication and professionalism to every project. We’ve recently expanded our holiday lighting services beyond the New Orleans Metro area to cover the North Shore, Baton Rouge, and Houma areas. Centrally located in St. Charles Parish, just off I-310, we are perfectly positioned to serve much of Southeastern Louisiana efficiently and easily.

Meet the Jacksons – The Family Behind Neptune ProWash

Welcome to Neptune ProWash, a family business founded by William and supported by his wife, Katy, and their son, Wesley. November 2024 marks a special milestone as Will and Katy celebrate their 5-year anniversary, while Wesley’s second birthday is just around the corner this spring!

The couple’s journey began in 2016 when they met while pursuing bachelor’s degrees from LSU’s College of Coast and Environment. After settling down in Luling, Louisiana, in 2019, William established Neptune ProWash, bringing his vision for a top-tier service company to life.

While William worked to build the business, Katy was making strides in the local chemical industry as an Environmental Specialist and Sustainability Engineer, all while earning her Master’s Degree in Environmental Planning and Management from Johns Hopkins College of Engineering. In 2022, William expanded Neptune ProWash to include holiday lighting, a move that quickly gained popularity across the region.

The following year, they welcomed Wesley, their easy-going and happy baby, who loves Elmo, playing with the family cats, solving puzzles, and figuring out how everything works.

In 2024, Katy took on a new role at a SaaS firm, where she now serves as the Senior Leader of Implementation & Delivery Excellence. She leverages her specialized experience and advanced degrees to bridge the gap between developers and end-users, delivering digital solutions to an internationally diverse client base.

The future is bright for the Jackson family, and they are excited to share their passions for the environment and the holidays with all their clients in South Louisiana.
